That's right. School's in session...and so is Bhakti Club! We are very excited about what's coming up this semester. More details to follow in a week or so.

Kirtan at Tent State!

Bhakti Club will be presenting a KIRTAN WORKSHOP at this year's Tent State!
Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting whose roots go back over 500 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming and the audience is encouraged to participate by chanting and clapping. This form of community meditation creates a shared space free of judgments and full of love and life. A community centered around kirtan develops a community with strong, healthy relationships.


Come, relax, experience musical mantra meditation and dance the night away.....

Come relax and recharge for the semester ahead. This meeting is super special for it will be with celebrity yoga teacher, YOGI CHARU (from our big Yoga event last year!). He will be sharing some of his own experiences with yoga and leading guided meditation. As always, there will be a free vegan dinner!

The first meeting of the semester will be Thursday January 28th at 8:30 PM.

We will be meeting in Frelinghuysen A6 on College Ave. (If you get off at the SAC bus stop it is the building on your right.)
